What is Pre-Order and why the wait until I receive my Light My Potty?

WHAT IS A PRE-ORDER

A pre-order item is offered when our production line begins.

It is designed to help fun the cost of our first production run. Once we have enough pre-orders to support production, we will give our manufacturers the go-ahead to create Light My Potty.

All pre-production tasks have already been completed, and a working prototype has been tested. We are hard working mom-preneurs that believe in this product and have invested our own money into this business up to this point, and are excited for the next step of Light My Potty!

TURNAROUND & TIMEFRAMES

We give an approximate time of delivery between 8-10 weeks, this DOES NOT take into consideration delays in the ordering process, international shipping delays or production delays or public holiday periods.

We also take in consideration the amount of orders that we are processing. While our turn around is relatively quick and easy, there can be delays which are out of our control.

In regards to any delays, we understand that this may be frustrating, and we share the frustration. We don’t delay orders on purpose, and we want you to have your orders in timely form.

We are super friendly and approachable, and would always help with an issue or concern.

Please understand, this delivery time is to our warehouse. Once we perform Quality Control, your items are sent within 24 – 48hrs of completing QC.

HOW WILL I KNOW IF MY ORDER IS ON ITS WAY?

Upon fulfilling your item, you will receive a confirmation email along with tracking information ( where applicable) to the email address you provided while ordering. Your parcel is then collected within 24/48 hours to be processed via USPS.

Please check your emails, in your spam folder also, to see if there is any information. If its been less than 8 weeks and your yet to receive your confirmation, please wait a little longer, as your order has most likely not left our warehouse.

Please wait until contacting us, until the time we have estimated is over.

We only ask this as emails regarding a status can sometimes slow us down, especially if there are numerous emails regarding the same information.

WHAT HAPPENS IF THERE IS A PROBLEM WITH MY ORDER

If there is a product in your order that does not arrive due to supplier errors, we will either replace it with an in stock item similar to what you have ordered or provide a refund for that item.

This is to ensure that you don’t miss out on our sale, and while we would like to contact everyone who has been effected by an error, it’s a very timely procedure which can slow the processing of other orders down.

While we we try our best to make sure everyone is happy, we understand that there may be issues which are hard for us to rectify.

PREORDER CANCELLATION

Cancellation of a preorder is treated as a change of mind condition. If you wish to cancel your order, you will be issued with a store credit or exchange.

On the rare occasion we may offer a refund, but a cancellation fee may apply.
